Cinelli Piume e Piumini continues its journey towards a concrete and daily commitment to protecting the environment. After installing a photovoltaic system consisting of 700 panels capable of reducing CO2 emissions by 80,000 kg and producing 45% of its energy needs in a year, the Buggiano (PT) company has now obtained a new certification.

By participating in the 2016 energy tender, as part of the project funded under the POR FESR Toscana 2014-2020, Cinelli Piume e Piumini has been able to make its factory even more energy efficient by replacing the windows and installing a new heat pump.

The initiative is one of many aimed at reducing the energy impact of Cinelli Piume e Piumini’s production, which has always had a strong link with the surrounding area, demonstrated by its desire to implement significant and constant improvements for the environment.
