Confident in the highest quality of our products, we guarantee all down duvets, quilts and quilted duvets for 15 years. This warranty extension is valid from the date of purchase, provided that you keep your receipt and complete online product registration within two years of the purchase date shown on the receipt.
limitations
The warranty does not cover product defects caused by incorrect or lack of maintenance, natural wear and tear, improper use, ‘migration’ of down from one compartment to another (for baffle-box products) or damage caused by washing and/or drying other than as indicated on the label.
If you have a complaint, simply take the defective item to your retailer together with your purchase receipt and proof of online product registration.
