Internal channels for reporting

 

The reports

The Company encourages anyone who becomes aware of violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company (hereinafter ‘violations’) to report them in order to:

  • ensure the correct implementation of the Company’s Organisational and Management Model and all internal procedures;
  • prevent further violations from being committed;
    counteract any existing violations;
  • apply the disciplinary system to those who have committed violations.

Although it is desirable that reports be made first to one’s manager, it may also be appropriate or necessary to report violations through other channels, particularly if the manager fails to act appropriately or is in conflict, or if the person wishing to make the report fears retaliation.

Internal channels

For reports of violations acquired in the workplace for which the whistleblower wishes to benefit from the protections provided for by Legislative Decree 24/23, it is necessary to use the internal channels specifically set up for this purpose.

  • Instructions for using the channel for written communications on paper (at the address: “SEGNALAZIONI c/o IL TIGLIO – CASELLA POSTALE 656 – Via Pellicceria 3 – 50123 Florence”) and for verbal reports (to be made to the toll-free number for Italy: 800 835 973 using the organisation code: 98992).
  • The company policy on reporting and the related procedure.
  • Information for the reporting party regarding the processing of their personal data.
